| Trevor Lavy, Chairman of the Board Trevor Lavy is Chairman of the Board of Priority One Holding Company, the parent company of Priority Bank. He is President of Priority One Mortgage Corporation and Ozark Consulting Inc. and has served as a director of various financial institutions for over fourteen years. After earning his Bachelor of Arts degree from Ouachita Baptist University, Mr. Lavy became a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Lavy earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law and was a member of the Arkansas Law Review.

| Bill Reich, Home Builder Bill Reich, a founder of Priority Bank, is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Southwest Homes, a residential construction company with offices in Springdale, San Antonio, and Corpus Christi. He has twenty-two years of diverse banking experience, having served as a Certified Public Accountant, a mortgage loan originator and servicer, and as a director of two Northwest Arkansas banks. Mr. Reich was a manager with KPMG Peat Marwick in Birmingham, Alabama. A graduate of Auburn University, Mr. Reich also earned a Masters of Business Administration degree from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire.

| J. Frank Broyles, Athletic Director University of Arkansas Frank Broyles became head coach of the Arkansas Razorbacks football team in 1957. Since 1973, he has served as Athletic Director of the University of Arkansas, where he has earned legendary status in college athletics, broadcast journalism, and charitable development. Coach Broyles was a founding director of Priority Bank.

| Drake Mann, Attorney Drake Mann is a partner with the Little Rock law firm of Gill Elrod Ragon Owen & Sherman, P.A., where he emphasizes litigation, including investor-loss claims, and federal criminal defense. Mr. Mann is Chairman of the Securities Law and the Administrative Law Sections of the Arkansas Bar Association, a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of the Arkansas Lawyer magazine, a Master of the Henry Woods American Inns of Court, and is a Fellow of the Arkansas Bar Foundation, a Member of the Arkansas and American Trial Lawyers Associations and a Member of the Private Investors Arbitration Bar Association. He is a director of Priority Bank and Priority One Holding company. |

| H.D. McCarty, President of Ventures for Christ Dr. H.D. McCarty served for 39 years as Senior Pastor of University Baptist Church in Fayetteville and 33 years as Chaplain of the Arkansas Razorbacks. A Brigadier General (ret.) in the United States Air Force, Dr. McCarty has served on the Board of Governors of Washington Regional Medical Center and the Board of Directors of the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce. He currently serves as President of Ventures for Christ. Dr. McCarty joined the Board of Priority Bank in 2005. |

David May, President of DAMAY Marketing David May is a resident of Fayetteville and owns his own marketing firm, DAMAY Marketing. He graduated from Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, and has B.S. in Business Administration, Economics/Finance, and Mathematics. Director May has worked for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. and Saatchi & Saatchi prior to opening his own business in June of 2005. His work with Wal-Mart included being the Operations Manager for the Western U.S. While at Wal-Mart he lead a team of 70 people, managed half the U.S. for development and opening of new Specialty Division services in Sam’s Club, spearheaded a special team responsible for takeover, transition, and integration of a new company acquisition, he assisted in the creation of operational procedures and guidelines for new sales groups and was recognized as Manager of the Year for top-performing territory. |
